Drug tests.

BY law, I am subject to random drug testing. Over the past 25 or 30 years, I have been tested about 10 times. It doesn't bother me. I get an hour of overtime pay for spending 20 minutes pissing in a jar. My union guy in charge on drug and alcohol told me that they do not even check for MJ. I don't want to test that.

My question is, How long does it take a dancer/or any person for that matter, to quit drugs and pass the test. I had one favorite dancer that was a cocaine user. She got caught twice ITC and then was kicked out. She was gone for two months but is now back. I have another favorite that got caught shooting heroine ITC and got kicked out. She is not back to work and it has been two months. Did she not give up the drugs or does it take longer?

BTW, in all of the years that I have subject to random drug tests, there has only been one person that has ever got fired for it and it was his second offense.

Last time I was up to spped, but if memory serves-

weed stays in your system for up to 32 days.

Coke can be in your system for up to a week, but out mostly in 24 hours-depending on the dose.

    Heroin-about the same as coke.

Amazing how much info there is out there that people often don't take advantage of. In my last three to six weeks of observing criminal court proceedings, I've observed at least twenty people think they're "clean" on their way down to the piss-testing room. Not a one has come back "officially clean."
