Made the same 2 resolutions this year as I have for the last few years Resolved to work on my self, and I have the results are very good, my health and fitness levels are better than ever My other resolution has been to be kinder to other people and for the most part I’ve been able to do better, but sometimes it’s just not worth it.

I will be glad to bid 2024 farewell. If I could describe my 2024 in one word it would be “hectic.”
I am hoping I can mange my time better in 2025 and it be the year of “getting personal things done,” which always seems to be put on the back burner… wish me luck!!!
