Extending VIP time
FiveIron
Let's say VIP is 200/15min or 300/30min, prepay to house. You agree to 15 min, it goes well enough that you want to do another 15. Would you expect to pay the difference (100) or another base (200) to bump session up to 30 min?

However if the bouncer likes the girl you can stay longer for a fraction of the price and a tip for the bouncer
However, I'd also expect that unless the club is busy and there are others waiting to use the vip room that you could probably negotiate with them to extend it to 30/$300 total. Of course taking the time to do that would probably kill the mood for both you and your dancer.
Sure, if the club is not busy and or you're a regular customer, there is absolutely room for them to extend you a courtesy and either charge you the difference or perhaps something in between. There is also room for them to simply let it go over the limit and expect informal compensation in the form of a tip for the girl and the person managing the rooms. But that is clearly a courtesy they are extending you, by all rights they are owed the full price of two distinct purchases.
I've done this exact thing quite a few times. At the club were I routinely do rooms, the person managing the rooms will let it go and simply smile and wait for their tip on my way out. The girl usually does the same. On occasion, when it's a new girl or a new person running the rooms, they'll demand full payment, but they've always allowed us to at least just continue and settle up at the end. At clubs where it's less common for me to do rooms, I've been forced to get dressed, exit the room, pay again, and then return.
I'll leave the determination of cause and effect to that situation to you.
It’s probably better to set expectations with her up front, if this is likely to come up.
