Folks - about to start my southern swing of my annual haunted house tour (ATL, Orlando, Tampa, etc) and usually spend at least an extra week in Tampa to have fun, relax, etc. This year I might split it with Miami if things are mostly closed but wanted to ask folks here first.
With the recent hurricane damage, power outages, flooding, and gas shortages... can someone in Tampa confirm whether most clubs are open/operating?
I'm thinking about places like Bare Assets and such in Pasco, Oz and such in Clearwater, Secrets in Town N' Country, etc?
I appreciate any insight folks can offer.
Also - if folks are still struggling down there and you have recommendations beyond just the Red Cross (from reputable orgs, or maybe directly to entertainers) feel free to private message me.
With the new FL law banning under 21 dancers it was already going to be an interesting trip from a club perspective. I tend to prefer 21+ dancers myself, but I wonder how that's impacted staffing and energy levels at clubs. Quite a one two punch for FL it seems like, maybe one two three given two hurricanes in a row.
