NextJS Error submitting a Review

I'm trying to submit a review right now and it doesn't appear to be working.
The submit is just stuck saying submit. If I open up the console I see a NextJS error that reads "Uncaught (in promise) Error: An error occurred in the Server Components render. The specific message is omitted in production builds to avoid leaking sensitive details. A digest property is included on this error instance which may provide additional details about the nature of the error."
Is anyone else having problems submitting right now?
Admittedly, this is a really long review, but my understanding is there's no limit on reviews.

last commentI could split the review into chunks, but that would be difficult, it reads much better as an atomic review I think.
