WTF! They are raising the monthly fee for garbage collection!
Those form letters are useless. The "concerned citizen" does not even know what the violations were.
Oh, we can't have a strip club open where there has been one for OVER 35 YEARS!
Too bad there isn't an association of mongers to counter these citizen groups. But nobody wants to stand up publicly to defend strip clubs.
Hopefully Allure will not trace all those license plates they photographed and contact customers for support, SMH.
What's telling with that is they give zero actual justification, such as crimes or nuisances allegedly caused by the club. This is why we need the judicial branch to protect individual rights, to prevent democracy from being the tyranny of the majority.
That picture looks pretty rough. Is Piedmont road even a good neighborhood? What never makes sense to me is that these petitions are always held in places that, sans a strip club, most people would never bother visiting save for residents. One of the reasons I prefer urban (black/latina) clubs is that they are typically in locations that are low-value anyway. Nobody is visiting Harvest, Alabama at midnight if Boomers was not open. Then there is the opposite for these hypocrites: why is it that high-value areas with residents living in affluent communities have no problems with strip clubs within 10 minutes of homes.
