I've worked with a lot of pimp girls. Girls who have been abused by a pimp and girls who are treated rather well by a pimp. IME, girls with an abusive pimp are more naive, vulnerable, gullible, younger, and unable to actually care for their self.
Girls with a pimp who acts like a supervisor/boyfriend treat their girls with more kindness and provide them with more incentives to earn rather than use emotional abuse to encourage earnings.
It's typically easy to tell if a girl has a pimp, but I feel that's a topic for a different discussion.
I worked with girls who would get beat by their "boyfriends" it they didn't make enough and I've also worked with girls who are a part of a pimp squad.
The latter are treated far better from my own observations, but pimps in general are trash and any pimped girl should be avoided.
