This is totally anecdotal and not scientific, but I have lived my entire life in the same community so I have seen most of the kids I grew up with get old. One thing I have noticed is the hottest girls from high school (those who had fully developed women’s bodies at 16 or 17), seemed to have also aged faster. The formerly hot girls now in their 50’s look like they are 70, and the skinny, plain, nerdy high school girls now look really good in their 50’s.
There are likely a lot of lifestyle factors affecting this, like smoking, alcohol and drug use, childbirth at a young age, and intentional sun overexposure in the 70’s and 80’s, but I still find this to be an uncanny phenomenon - at least here in my hometown of Miami Beach.
Early bloomers are early age-ers, so the theory goes, and kids who look younger than their age or are uninterested in appearance-competition when they're younger, are going to remain looking younger and are probably better at keeping physically fit rather than keeping up with trends. Generally speaking. I've made similar anecdotal-level observations as well. The real trick is to keep the fat off for as long as you can.
There are a lot of lifestyle factors involved. I also think biology plays a role- age faster younger/ age faster older. There's also been several clinical studies performed linking early adolescence with hormonal disruptions from food additives and such. If they maintained the same diets of inflammation- causing processed foods, then the cumulative effects over time would result in their biological age accelerating beyond what peers with a cleaner diet experience.
Mostly genetics. I went out with a girl with a killer body in high school who’s mother also had an incredible body in her 40s. She was a milf before that became a word. We would all drool when the mom was around.
Saw my ex-girlfriend at a 30 year HS reunion and of course her body was still incredible. Just like her mom.
Non-anecdotal, scientific explanation for who ages well is largely related to genetics, lifestyle, and non-lifestyle related health challenges. While, anecdotally, we notice the ugly ducklings who age into swans, there are plenty of people who were hot when they were young who remain hot (for their age) when they get older, but it is unremarkable so it goes unnoticed. There's something to the old saw about checking out the prospective mother in law before deciding whether to marry the daughter. When a MILF I'd like to get over on reveals her age to me, my smarmy rejoinder is something like: "Either you're a fitness junkie or you hit the genetic lottery". I have only anecdotal, and not scientific, evidence, about how it works.
Several points already made - the girls with the great bodies are now fat, several ugly ducklings turned into babes…
But here’s one I’ve noticed. Several girls that were rail thin in high school and thin throughout their life, look old and haggard in their late 30s early 40s. It’s like having no fat on their body (and especially their face) the wrinkles really come through and show age. These are girls/women that have always lived a healthy lifestyle (to the best of my knowledge).
I think now it has a lt to do with the chemicals they have in food now (GMO) I noticed many women look awkward now and almost have alien like bodies.
Very few look like the women did even 15 years ago. They all look strange now. That and the birth control they all take has likely gotten their hormones off whack which causes them to have strange looking breasts and weird jaws, underbites and misalignment of facial bones.
Also since you are in Miami Beach are there any decent strip clubs that you can get OTC or around 1500. Going to be in Orlando area but dont mind the extra drive and staying a few days if there is decent OTC in Miami or Miami Beach.
Also last time I was in Miami Beach (about 9 months ago) the quality of the nightlife had suffered pretty bad. The women werent as good looking and many were not really going to the bars or hanging around they were mainly loafing around on the other end of Collins. Not much action for Miami Beach. It is not what it used to be. Across the bridge in Miami is even less desireable. Maybe you can let me know from a locals perspective if I am missing any good spots to get some ladies.

^^ Bingo. And especially for women, skin care. But anyone who's overweight will look 5-10 years younger when getting to a healthy body weight.
