Many places in Budapest are clip joints with bouncers who will walk you to an ATM after charging ridiculous amount for drink.

Be wary of girls approaching you on street to entice you into bar. If girls don't approach you in your home city, remind yourself of that when you are approached.

Also ensure you follow proper protocol / ticket stamping on train/subway, as the transit personnel are quick to fine tourists.

Budapest is a fantastic city, but one should tread very cautiously, particularly at adult establishments.

With so many great non-vice activities in Budapest, I recommend that you forego strip club visits when in this city.

When I was younger, and playing in the civvie bars, we called Budapest "BootyFest", and had an amazing time. I've never hit a strip club there, but have heard many stories of caution like mentioned by Fun. I would imagine that Tinder, or similar app, could offer some opportunities. In general, most strip clubs in Eastern Europe are tourist traps. Dig a little and find a brothel frequented by locals.

Dude I wish I was you right now. My advice is to find a cabbie who seems cool (and won't get you robbed) and ask him to take to you on a tour. Different country, but when I was in Bucharest the cabbie spotted my eyes when I saw some euro tail I wanted and the rest is a blur. I saw places I'd have never found otherwise, didn't get kidnapped or robbed, and spent way less than I planned on.

I never monger when in Hungary. The clubs are rip offs, the escort scene is shite and there’s a high chance of being mugged or ripped off by high class girls that walk around the tourist parts looking for victims.

I’ve never been to Budapest but I’ve been to Prague. It sounds like the scene is very different even though the cities are reasonably close.

In Prague, it’s easy to find service in a private apartment or even in some local “ strip clubs” outside tourist areas.

This is a good challenge for a punter, to land cold in a new city and proceed to try to locate and enjoy the best P4P options possible. You gotta be sharp, focused and resourceful. Obviously internet research is a must. Beyond that, information from locals can be valuable too.

Depends on if he has game. Budapest isn't the fish-in-a-barrel environment of South America and Asia.

But....I do agree that there are beautiful women there. I was absolutely shocked at the number of beautiful women that I saw on the streets of Budapest. Not only the quantity, but the HIGH quality of beauty. Of course, this is a city, and therefore isn't necessarily representative of the quality of women throughout the country, but I saw a much higher percentage of beautiful women vs less attractive women in Budapest than I have elsewhere.

I sat for an hour in the little square beside the Ritz Carlton, and watched the people walk by. Many pretty girls in in sexy clothing were on the streets. But I’m too old to pick up pretty young girls. Unless they have daddy issues (or rather granddaddy issues) they would not even want to talk to me, much less engage in the filthy and perverted activities that were going on in my mind. strippers are my only hope.
