I don’t think I’ll bring up anything from Boomerang, Adult Swim, or other networks like Nickelodeon or the Disney Channel or PBS at the moment because I don’t wanna make this list *too* long. But yeah there is a ridiculous amount of TV that I loved. I don’t even watch that much nowadays, which probably makes my nostalgia even stronger there.

Bugs Bunny
The Jetsons
Bullwinkle
Original Disney Cartoons Mickey Mouse, or Fantasia, Pinocchio, Dumbo, Etc.
Way back when I was a kid: "Space Battleship Yamato." But also and somewhat more recently: "Neon Genesis Evangelion," "Ghost in the Shell," "BLAME!," and "Attack on Titan." I also really enjoyed "Alita: Battle Angel," recently.
Outside of anime, "Star Trek: Lower Decks" is great fun. "Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse" is wonderful. I liked the first "Sin City" a lot (though it's borderline animation). I also really like "The Nightmare Before Christmas" a lot.
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe

Simpsons, Beavis and Butt-Head, and South Park of course, but do they count?
While we imbibed in our preferred substances, recently a girl a little younger than I am forced upon me some of the cartoons she liked: courage the dog, Mr Pickles the satanic murderer dog, some anime with a little bald guy who was strong as hell, Rick & Morty is fun when drunk.
(Holy shit I remember Robotech in the 80s)
OH! And if you haven't watched F is for Family on Netflix, do it! It's Bill Burr's, hilarious, and about growing up in the 70s... like your grandkids did
I like the anime version of brahm stokers Dracula a lot
