This landlord was a real piece of shit and a dumbass. He tried making contracts in writing for sexual favors to be required to live in section 8 housing. What a schmuck! Hopefully he goes to prison!
He wrote a clause in the co tract that stated someone who is signing is not under the influence of things like lsd, oysters, strawberries, cocaine, marijuana... wtf is wrong with this guy?
