Stripper Boutiques

I've noticed maybe five to ten percent of strip clubs have a little shop with dancer outfits or costumes. It might be in a small room or nook of the club. Are these just another hustle for the strip clubs? Guys get thirsty for a particular dancer and start buying her stripper gear marked up to several times their value?

But in short, I e gone to some and have been asked to buy them shoes at the boutique. I say no
I think they’d make more money if they’d sell used panties instead for PLs to leave with. My buddy used to own a dry cleaners and a stripper always came in with these elaborate outfits, I think she was a traveling stripper. We used to joke that when she came in he spent the rest of the day sniffing the crotches of all her outfits.
I know that at least one house mom at Vivide is selling new and used costumes in the dressing room.
Heartbreakers in Columbia SC had a sex shop right next door that was owned by the same club owner.
now there's more travelling salespeople that set-up shop in a corner of a club on certain nights.
shailynn, you are right. If they sold g-strings "scented" by the club's entertainers, the boutiques would be getting more action.
We had one Vietnamese Lingerie Modelling Shop. It was great, mostly the same as an AMP. It did not last long at all.

I also think that perhaps clubs in smaller markets where there may not be nearby stores to cater to the dancers; that perhaps one may see them more.
But I would think the # of clubs with these boutiques is likely more like 1% vs 5% or 10% - off the top of my head; I can only think of one club in the areas that I have clubbed where I recall seeing this (that was back in the Fall of 2018 when I was in Dallas for a few days and visited a club in Euless about 30 minutes west of Dallas closer to Fort Worth).
I assume those boutiques are there in part to help out a dancer in an emergency (she hadn’t had time to do laundry; or her outfit got dirty or ruined at the club; or a new girl working at the club and she doesn’t have the gear; etc)?
Best though when you will be able to spend some real time with them. We need to set up venues like this.

I always just assumed they are similar to the snap-on type tool trucks where they figure they can charge a higher price by playing up the convenience factor of selling workers the tools they need right at the workplace. However, unlike the snap-on truck the products at these boutiques don't seem to be high quality.

A number of years ago, a women that used to be a dancer would make theses clothing items and travel to the clubs selling clothes to the girls, and taking orders for sizes, to sell for pre-orders.
Sjg that's one of the most dehumanizing things I've ever read on tuscl and that's saying a lot.

Papi, 1% means only 15 clubs in the entire United States. Just in my limited experience of visiting strip clubs out on the road, I have seen 30-40 clubs with boutiques. You need to travel more to understand the national scene.
Does every Hustler Club have one or only some of them? Some of Deja Vu's have them, too, right? Three of the clubs local to me I can think of had them, but technically one of them closed and I dunno know if the rebranded club will keep theirs.
Back in the Golden Age when New Orleans had 16+ strip clubs in just the French Quarter alone, there were several small stores around the Vieux Carre that were like the Stripper Supply Co. This was back when there was a huge dancer population in the city. There might be 150-350 dancers collectively in these clubs on any given night. The only shop left that deals in stripper wear is QT Pie Boutique on Dauphine Street.
I always thought places like this would be great grounds for OTC or some action when the club was dead but usually that wasn’t the case. The dancers were heavily monitored and these clubs were in places where the community didn’t want them, so they knew doing anything extra could jeopardize the whole business. I wouldn’t expect all the strippers working there to understand that but I’m sure management and owners did.
I imagine most of these clubs didn’t survive COVID if they even lasted that long.
I think that maybe some of the clubs have house moms that sell that stuff too.

This says it is in Rancho Cordova. But I believe they have something like this in Vegas too.
