  No. Got a kid that is a partner in a Law Firm, so I now have a permanent retainer in place. Plus, they are like a computer sometimes.

  It would depend on the attorney for me. Some attorneys are not good at what they do. I have beat plenty of them in arguments. If I can beat them in an argument then they are useless in the courtroom.
