Fauci unrepentant for conspiring to shut down country

The little dog abuser has the audacity to accuse other people of "lying" and "devaluing truth," and rants about conspircy "theories."

Yes dude there's a conspiracy AND YOU ARE IN ON IT. Of course a conspirator is going to deny there isn't one and claim its just some "theory."

I was willing to forget Covid and move on but this guy is clearly unwilling to repent for what he and his accomplices did. We need to pressure Republicans to investigate this guy and the origins of Covid 19 if they retake Congress. If he won't admit to his crimes and repent he needs to go to prison.

Fauci and his policies lost support among Democrat politicians when their internal polling showed he was increasingly unpopular with the voters, and he was becoming a political liability for them. Most people don't like to admit when they were wrong so, rather than publicly repudiate Fauci, they went silent on the vaccines, lockdowns and mask wearing that he promoted and tried to change the subject to something else. The Democrats tend to support bad policies for too long, which is why the next election is looking so bad for them.

Fauci and other top government officials like Walensky and Biden said the vaccines would slow the spread of the disease. When we had eight hundred thousand cases a day last winter it became obvious this wasn't true. They also said masks would slow the spread of the disease. Once again, eight hundred thousand cases a day showed this wasn't true. Florida under DeSantis didn't go down the path of mandatory vaccinations, mask wearing and lockdowns like most of the rest of the country. Adjusted for age distribution, their deaths were at the national average.

The vaccines do appear to reduce deaths among the elderly. Encouraging old people to get vaccinated while letting young people lead normal lives would have been as effective. Protecting elderly people in nursing homes, not putting already infected people in them like Cuomo did, would have helped too. The lockdowns caused psychological problems among young people with increases in suicide attempts and drug and alcohol abuse among them. The money printing to try to offset the negative economic effects of the lockdowns has led to high inflation and increasing economic distress. Fauci supported all these policies. Fauci has a long history of advocating bad health policies going back to AIDS, as a recent best-selling book by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. documented.
