Adam throwing stacks at his girlfriend

Hi TUSCL,

I saw something at the St. James that I’ve never seen before, and I wondered if any of the wonderful PLs on this site knew more about it.

A tall blonde came in the club around 9 with a shorter man, she was dressed in street clothes and they sat at the bar on the right side of the stage. She was stunning. After a while, she slipped into the dressing room, and returned wearing a white bra and thong. She sat and drank with her table for a while, then they moved up to the VIP upstairs. After a while, she danced two songs on the main stage and her companion threw more money at her than I’ve ever seen in a strip club. He had two stacks of ones that were each 10 inches high. He rained singles down and also threw banded stacks onto the stage. Then, the weirdest part, she didn’t make her rounds on the other stages. She just walked back up to the VIP.

I was talking with a dancer at another club, and she knew the guy as Adam, and said he does this regularly. It doesn’t make sense to me.

Do you have any background on this situation? Curiosity has gotten the better of me.

I don't really think of the St James as a " make it rain" type club. And quite honestly, I fail to understand the appeal of that to the customer. Maybe she is not really a dancer, but she had a fantasy of doing that. They worked it out with the club to do the Main Stage appearance. They then go to VIP with her turned on by it and play around.

But if he does this regularly, then that blows that line of thinking. Maybe he won the lottery and is just not too bright.

If they walked in the club together, I’ll guess it’s a pimp type of thing. I remember being amazed at one dancer getting rained on a ton at Baby Dolls in Dallas (not typical behavior there) and somebody explained to me that was pimp promoting back then. And Houston has a big time rep for that type of stuff

    Hope I’m wrong though

Funny idea about the lottery Warrior! Could be. There was so much cash on the dance floor that several dancers used a mop and bucket to get it all up.

Interesting thoughts nice spice! I didn’t get a pump vibe. More of an old guy with his hot younger girlfriend. But I could be wrong for sure. They had another couple at their table (one PL and one dancer) the whole night. I didn’t see her talk to anyone else.

I am frequently at the Church and have seen what you are describing.

I don’t get it either but I haven’t really given it too much thought.

Mostly, I’ve wondered how much cash this idiot is throwing away. One of the dancers who he had showered with cash told me that the banded rolls were only $7 on average. In addition, he sometimes tosses fist-fulls of loose $1 bills down. It’s hard to count them but I estimate it’s between $30 and $50 per toss.

I don’t know why he does this. Some dancers he throws money at make a beeline for his table when they get off the stage. You might have thought they would all do that but some don’t.

When I am engaging in “natural selection” and identify suitable prey on the main stage, I don’t throw $1 bills at her. I saunter up to the edge of the stage, slip her a $20 or two and engage in some brief, lighthearted banter about how my DNA would LOVE to party with her DNA, then nonchalantly smooth my eyebrows down with my tongue before returning to my table.

    That usually works.

Interesting. The one time I was at St James like 4 or 5 years ago I saw this exact same thing. Shorter guy, suit, kind aloof dropping bricks from the upper rail. At the time I thought it had to be a promotion stunt just as Nice stated. It's not a waste of money if you get it back+

Maybe he just didn't feel like going downstairs to tip the girl?

Sometimes I'll throw money from the second floor of a club I go to because the runway stage makes it convenient and the girl gets a pop from it while onstage. Plus I don't feel like walking downstairs. Mostly that. I don't do it all the time because I don't want girls expecting it lol.
