Reviews "Temporarily Diabled" ? WTF ?

Any place that interests me.

When I click the unpublished reviews list, a "temporarily disabled" message popped up. Furthermore, latest review is ~ 8 hrs old. Wtf is going on here ? Temporary website glitch, or is founder tinkering with and overhauling club review system ?
