A million years ago when other similar sites existed once you were able to see one or two “providers” who could “vouch” for you you’d get the green light on the site. Some newbie providers or established ones looking to pick up new clients would be willing to do this for a small extra fee.

This only matters if ilb's safety/security concerns are around "the authorities". If that isn't a real threat, and his main concern is prostitutes knowing his real name (from which it's trivial to find out his address and where he works), then the fact that p411 has to respond to subpoenas isn't really an issue. Many clients are very dangerous to sex workers, so I accept the need for screening. I accept the risk I could be "outed" as a PL, due to screening or in other ways. I don't see it as safer to be screened by third parties, including the person who asks to see your ID when you go to the club. I believe P411 is based in Canada so I do not think one has to worry. I have been a member for years and P411 has got me hooked up girls I probably would not have been able to any other way.
