For some reason this morning my iPhone reminded me what a loser I am. “Your average daily screen time was 4 hours 5 minutes a day.”
That’s pretty pathetic. That’s an extra 20 hours during the workweek I could have spent masturbating.

Not exactly a proud thing to admit, but my phone buzzed me not too long ago that my average screen time was 7hr 13 min per day last week.

Seven hours a day looking at that little screen on your phone ? I'd go cross eyed. That's why I use a laptop.
my i pad said average five hours a day for the last week. i need a job. and maybe less web surfing and less porn?
My cell phone gets little use. It's really just for emergencies. Actually it's on my daughter's account and I don't pay for it. But it's a good thing my computer can't talk. My 27" screen gets a real work out.

I get something like 4-5 hours a day. Some of that is work but too much of it is fucking around.
I hate that tiny screen and cramped interface. Give me my dual big-ass monitors any day.
Get a new phone.
Then your screen time will be split, 2 hours each, and won't seem that bad.
