A “known good in bed” is certainly worth some additional points. Just off the top of my (big) head, I’m thinking adding 50% of the difference between 10 and “physical rating”:

“Final rating” = “Physical rating” + ( 10 - “Physical rating” ) * 0.5

So for your MILF friend who has a physical rating of 5:

“Final rating” = 5 + ( 10 - 5 ) * 0.5 = 5 + 2.5 = 7.5
