  Right. That's why I wonder were they really out to harm or rob me. But they were tailing me.

  Damn if that was me…. Maybe I would have google mapped the nearest police station and drove there. Just pulled up, not go in, or stopped at a all night diner or convenience store that had a fair amount of customers. Over the years I’ve seen several fights break out in strip climbs that were happening a little to close for comfort to my vicinity. Most of them were between the club staff and customers, not between customers.

  At Center Stage in Springfield, MA I've had sketchy dudes ask for "protection money" for my car. I didn't give them any. I should have hightailed it out of there right then, but I went in for a while. Fortunately my car was not molested. I had someone crash into my car in the parking lot of the late great Mac's II in Billerica, MA. The bouncer saw it and recorded the license plate. Police asked if I wanted to press charges, I said, "hell yes." Later I was told that I couldn't. Perp must have paid off the cops. I did get full insurance coverage, fortunately.

  I fell for a scam pre-club that I thought was brilliant. I pull into one of the many small parking lots around the club -- it was an unusually busy weekend in the city so most of them were full. As is common, the attendant comes over, I give him my cash, he gives me a receipt to put on the dash and tells me which spot to park in. I leave and go to the club. I come back and I have a parking ticket on my car -- failure to pay the parking fee. I contact the parking authority, and it seems like the local grifters have been running a scam where they will go into an unattended parking lot (when the parking lot is unattended, you're supposed to put money in a secure cashbox on the lot), impersonate the parking attendant, collect fees from suckers (aka, me) for as long as they can while handing out fake parking receipts, and then leave. Then the parking authority comes by an hour later, sees the fake receipts, and tickets all the suckers (aka, me). Evidently it had been happening for a while, they look for unattended lots and make a killing in a short time before an attendant arrives.

  I was once being tailed like that (not strip club related). they knew I had a lot of cash on me. I did the pull into the police station thing. It was a small town and there was not one car in the lot. Luckily I had passed a firehouse so that was my next stop. Pulled up in front and blew my horn. Firemen came out. Creeps left. Told the firemen what happened. They called a cop who then followed me to the Interstate. He pulled onto the shoulder and sat at the bottom of the ramp as I got on the Interstate, just in case. Nice guy.

  Years ago, I get to the club and Candy, my CF at the time, comes rushing toward me. She asks if she can hang out with me because a guy who's been stalking her, who is a cop, is in the club. I said, sure, no problem. She was really frightened and I started to get that way to as this guy was just staring at us and occasionally would walk by our table in a creepy way. She got the okay for us to just hang. out in the VIP section but the dude could still see us from a distance. Closing time approached and Candy assured me that a bouncer would be able to escort her to her car. But then I realized I had about a block walk to my car. Waited for a moment when the creepy cop was distract and slipped out of the place and set my own personal record for walking one block. It was probably the most worried I've ever been about my personal safety.

  Once at a dive strip club bar a dancer randomly groped me and I felt her getting into my back pockets for cash. I never keep it there and just laughed it off as a pathetic hustle. The real scetchy stuff happens outside the club where there is no security. Thats why I don't mind valet parking.

  Many years ago I was driving home from the office and decided to stop in at a little strip club I had often passed. It turned out to be a biker bar. There was a pool table, a little stage with one stripper, and several other strippers sitting with bikers. I don't know if the strippers or the bikers had more tattoos. I was the only person in a coat and tie. I drank down the 1 beer requirement and got out of there.

  Coincidentally, just last weekend. Two guys hanging outside the business next door to the club started following me to the car. I got in and pulled my pistol out of its spot and put in on the dashboard while I started my car. They stopped dead in their tracks. Only the second time I've ever had to brandish it.

  I believe I have told this before, but back in the day I was at a place called "hawks lounge" in providence. The bartender refused to serve the hooker standing next me and she got mad, pulled a pistol, pointed it at him and as she fired the person on the other side of her jammed her arm up and the bullet his the ceiling and plaster fell in my drink. She had to leave without her gun...

  I was in the seedy old Oasis in Camden NJ when 2 Pagan MC club members came in, wearing their colors, and told 2 normal looking guys to “get up from their table” near the stage. To my surprise one of the shlubs told the Pagan to “ fuck off”. An argument ensued and one shlub pulled out a gun. I hightailed it out of their. Next night the bartender told me the shlubs were cops and the Pagans sat somewhere else without further incident.
