It's true, but too crude. There are more witty and less offensive ways of underscoring this country's current executive incompetence.

Best billboard I ever saw was on the tpke between Delray Beach and Boca Raton it was put up in 2018 and it was a picture of George W. Bush and it said do you miss me now ?
My opinion is exactly the same as if some Hillary fanatic had done that billboard 4 years ago with caricatures of Trump/Pence. Tacky and inappropriate, but ultimately free speech.
