  Raising capacity limits or reopening doesn't mean those limits will be reached. Nevada isn't doing good. Tourist places are always the last to recover.

  Casinos will likely do well, I know plenty of people who are planning trips this fall to Vegas as well as Cruises. Not sure which will do better, Vegas Casinos or the Cruise Lines. It remains to be seen if the brothels will recover quickly, especially if they are as overpriced as they were before COVID.
