Is anyone else having trouble sending messages on this site? I've tried repeatedly and I get a message saying I can't send anything. Why is that? Any insight??

I just sent a test message and it went OK.

Yeah, now it seems to be working. It's been like that for about a month but it just started working after I posted. Weird!!!

I had issues in the past - seems I was somehow using an older version of the site - if it happens again try:
clearing your browser history
logging-out and back-in
go to the TUSCL home-screen and access the Messages view from there
