  I thought they were already open. I drive past Hustler 5 times a week on my way to work, and the marquee says it's open anyway. I don't monger much in Vegas, so I might be outta the loop on this one. Maybe i'm missing some info important to this story.

  They are all open but with limited contact and usually no stage show. Last one I was in the vip dances were not topless. She did still provide a hj though.
