In Buffalo and Rochester (western New York State) clubs have already sued and won. But it seems that clubs who weren't part of the lawsuits haven't been allowed to reopen. So some are open with stage and private dances, some with only stage dances, some with the dumb "you have to buy a substantial meal" requirement and some without, and some remain closed. All open clubs do require masks on dancers at all times and on customers when not seated and drinking/eating, and don't allow contact as part of stage tipping. As with bars and restaurants, they must close by 11pm. So welcome to the party, New York City. Preface all with "as far as I know" and "I am not a lawyer" and so forth.
