If you're a dirty cop, seems like a logical place to be.
EX- in Fed speak means you got fired or quit before you got to retire.

Those words - used together - sound bizarre.
It seems like a conflict of interest for a DEA agent (or ex-DEA agent) to own a strip club - unless it’s a super clean club. That guy getting indicted also seems odd. Joe Bongiovanni sounds like a wannabe wise guy.
