Spring break and effect on clubbing

College kids in my area aren’t getting a spring break this year. Well, the majority of them aren’t on campus this year anyway.

I hear ya' gam. But hey man, that may not be enough. How are you going to ensure that the virus doesn't float in on a warm moist breeze or even on your Amazon deliveries?

Have you thought about installing an air ventilation and filtration system for your home? Of course you will first need to make sure that your windows and doors are sealed shut and air tight I'm talking about making your home a clean room. Of course you'd need to completely seal all the doors and windows and build a disinfection chamber in front of your newly designed from door, but it's doable, no? After all we can never be too safe...

^Actually you don't really need to seal the house you just need to install a high volume air conditioning system, so that there is always out flow, that's how it's done at the White House

I wonder how many business owners will choose to limit the crowds despite the lack of government orders to do so. I can't imagine many will because most of the spring break / tourist based businesses are struggling as a result of the last year.

At least one business has already announced that they will not allow anyone under 23 with an out of state ID in to limit crowd size. foxnews.com

I saw something recently in Colorado with left-wingers advocating that it was a good idea to ban Texans from ski resorts (or require 2 week quarantine anyways) because of the state being irresponsible and the possibility of many coming from Texas to Colorado. And anger at the Colorado governor who said he wasn’t going to do that. I guess we shall see what happens.

Business owners who limit Texans or collage kid super spreaders are only looking after their own long game. If your staff picks up the virus from some asshole who doesn't give a shit it hurts the business a lot more than it hurts the spreaders (assuming they don't get so sick they die).

I’m surprised there are so many spring breakers this year. Due to Covid-19 many colleges have specific testing requirements for the return to campus - and many colleges have changed the schedule to eliminate spring break (due to the chance of students leaving campus for a week and possibly contacting the virus).

Maybe those are primarily schools in the northeast?

I was hoping they learned a lesson last year - with the super spreader effect spring break trips had on the pandemic. I was wrong!

Following up to my previous post...

The school where I live normally has about 32,000 students on campus. This entire year (spring and fall) only freshman and grad students are allowed to be on campus, all other students are doing their work remotely. Now, many students signed their apartment leases for 2020-21 last year before COVID hit so some of those students that are “schooling remotely” are actually on campus. Also noted around 60% of the students that attend here are from out of state to begin with.

No official numbers have been released but locals estimate there’s around 8,000 students here “in school” compared to the usual 32,000.

They also have no spring break, they were given 2 days off last week and that was considered their spring break. I’m guessing most schools that have gone remote are doing something similar. That doesn’t mean kids stuck at their parents home may still go on spring break anyway.

The elk doesn’t give shit one about left wing or right wing. He just thought it would be a laugh to pull that shit. But the plan was to avoid telling the Texans about the quarantine until after they check into a hotel. Then he’d charge exorbitant prices for bringing shitty food to their rooms. Things like McDonalds burgers with the Uber Eats drivers encouraged to add a little boogers and cum to spice ‘em up.

Not really my sense of humor, but you have to admit it would be good for a laugh, n’est-ce pas?

The elk also had an idea for Texans visiting Rhode Island. It was to start a rumor that shoving calamari up a certain orifice cured was as effective as the Moderna vaccine. I told him that was perhaps a bridge too far.

So I suggested he film it and release the clips on a porno site. Just google “calamari comeback”.

But we’ll only release videos of hotties. We’re not frickin’ sickos after all! ROAR!!!
