The oldest profession should not be a crime.

He's a fraud. He will go after them for "sex trafficking" the same fraud used to embarrass Robert Kraft and arrest him illegally; the same fraud used by the mayor of Providence to kill the Foxy lady; the same left wing bullshit that only the stupid and uneducated believe.

I’ll believe it when I see it. When I see this kind of thing I always suspect other motives. I bet those charges will still be added if they catch a prostitute with weed or something.

The language used in this article quite specifically leaves the door open to go after customers.

Good statement. But this should not be left up to individual prosecutors. The law needs to be changed.

Idk. I think he's legit. It's already been happening, unofficially, in certain other liberal bastions, most notably NYC. This younger generation of liberals is less Femi-Nazi when it comes to sex workers than the old guard, who believed that it somehow demeans and exploits women. I think that NY and certain other liberal states will eventually pass laws decriminalizing it.

I wish we could get to the same place in our beloved red states. Someone in another thread rightly pointed out that the largest red states tend to be far friendlier to strip clubs, but there are still communities in each state that are less so and also vigorously pursue sex workers, no doubt due to the religious wing of the Republican party. On the whole I think that a lot of Republicans skew libertarian and would gladly follow suit and decriminalize it, but unlike the dying off of resistance by Femi-Nazies in the liberal party, our opposition element is still quite active. Any Governor of FL or TX who might consider signing something like that would face stiff resistance from the religious voting block.

Maybe if more places de-criminized sex work Robbie K wouldn't have to go to a strip mall jerk shack to be "embarrassed".

It did always make me wonder. What kind of pussy does a billion $ get you? What is Kraft even doing there?

I doubt this will lead to the legalization of sex work but if I learned anything in life it is to never say "never".

I was shocked when mariajuana was legalized in California, so anything is possible.

Though on the subject of legalized prostitution, be careful what you wish for, legalizing the profesion might not be the utopía some dream it should be, the US government can beaucraterize anything and the results are not pretty.

Plus, if the legal brothels in Vegas are any indication, legalized prostitution will suck (not in a good way) for the inmediate future.
