OK I'll bite: What the hell. OP and gammanu, Please, without rhetoric or hate/inflammatory speech: please 1 ) list for me Five things trump has done that have been exactly what this country has needed at the time. Also please explain how you are happy / satisfied with the administration's handling of the pandemic. Thanks.

And if you don't believe in the pandemic, please explain why, and what your source of news / information is. It may save a life .

Maxipad, was that your selfie that shadowcat posted?

1) replaced NAFTA
2) reimposed sanctions on Iran
3) forced new trade deals on China
4) tax cuts
5) many of his news laws wrt healthcare: pricing disclosures, prescription drugs availability, etc

Trump has done as well as president could have with the virus. He restricted travel appropriately and used the threat of the defense production act to spur manufacturers. Virus controls should be handled at a state and local level. The federal government should not be forcing businesses to close, closing public spaces, or mandating masks.

Biden would have done none of thenthings I mentioned in the two prior paragraphs. He would have continued the Clinton/Obama tradition of blowing Iran, taking it up the ass from China, and giving the farm away to illegals from South America and Mexico

I found it interesting last night - while watching the convention speeches - that they made it seem like Trump caused the virus.

They never mentioned the origins of this virus - China!

If Trump shut the borders completely - they would have moaned about nationalism and complained about immigrants not being able to cross the border (without a negative test result).

^ you should vote your best interest if you really believe that the president actually did his job to protect us.
I don’t I intend to vote for Biden even though he’s not my first choice he will win and we won’t be dealing with a lying narcissistic creep Who is a bully and incompetent

It gets worse than that Cashman, the new york POS governor is trying to rewrite the facts by calling it the European virus! The DNC is fully owned and operated by the CCP. All this BS about Trump and Russia has been pure gaslighting. A vote for Biden is a vote Xi Pingping (a pants-less Winnie the Pooh) and chinese global hegemony!

Twentyfive I agree with you. He definitely made mistakes in responding to the virus.

The outcome of this election will hopefully be the lesser of two evils. I’m concerned what Biden’s people will convince him to do.

The last thing I want is to vote a president into office who has supporters who tell him old white guys are evil. I’m a filthy pervert, but I’m not evil!

@Cashman
I’m an old white guy myself, I’m less worried about what Biden’s supporters are telling him
than the fact that Trump doesn’t listen to anyone about anything
That’s why we’re in such a terrible spot because Trump thinks he knows everything
Tell me did you ever think you would see the day when a Chinese or Russian passport would allow you entrance to more countries than an American passport
This is how Trump has damaged our great nation

5 Good things Trump did: Lowered taxes for working people; stemmed the flow of illegal alien criminals; market at all time highs; didn't kill the economy to save a few fat old people's lives; makes the scumbag vermin called progressives show their true filthy commie rat colors.
Unlike faggot left wingers I understand that Government is incompetent and rely on myself for my protection. I also don't suck Andrew Cuomo's cock like democrats do when he killed more people than any other politician on earth with his decision to put infected people into nursing homes. He should be tried and hanged.

Twentyfive It’s a horrible place to be - in the middle of a pandemic - and it’s awful the toll it’s taken on the country and world.

Since we are a free country, it is difficult to stop folks from moving about. If a national lockdown was imposed in early March - there would have been a huge uproar. Would it have stopped the spread of the virus - yes.

By calling this virus the China virus - it is considered racist? The virus originated in China, and they engaged in a horrible cover up. While covering it up - they allowed to to migrate - and then they engaged in a horrible campaign to misinform the world.

What would have happened if Trump closed the borders in late February. If he stopped anyone from entering from Asia or Europe - to minimize the potential for spread? There would be more calls about him being a nationalist - creating a North Korea like closed state.

He made mistakes, and I see it, it’s not good. But, I’m concerned that the far left thinks everything should be free, and the country (or successful tax paying) Americans should pay for all of it.

@Cashman the tone that he displays is what's causing all of the problems, by that I mean he is the president for better or worse, he is responsible for the individual states operating in a helter skelter fashion, if he would have exerted his authority, and listened to expert advice we would have a coherent national policy, instead he left all of the governors to operate on their own knowing full well that some would succeed some would fail. and the overall would become a political mess, THAT IS HIS FAULT, fuck the rest of the bullshit, calling the disease the china flu or duck soup is nothing but a distraction, we all very well know this. But we can't expect that lame dog to start hunting, he never has, he's always been in the loud crowd but never in the smart group.
He's been POTUS for well over three years now and the chaos is just as bad now as it was in January 2017 when he started, he is in the way he is a hindrance, to getting this country going forward. It's long past time for him to fade into the sunset and let someone competent do the job that is necessary.

@skibum all of your rants are in line with the Trumpsters, you can deny but it's very obvious, I'll still buy you a beer and a lap dance in person you are a good guy, but whether or not you vote for Trump,if you vote for anyone except Biden, or no one, you are voting for Trump

It’s going to be interesting.

If I was in Trumps shoes I wouldn’t have rolled out a national policy on the corona either. Why? Because each state has a different budget to balance. Some states rely on tourism, some are farm states, some have a lot of tech, some manufacturing. The states should form their own policy. After all they have to pay some of the unemployment from their coffers. A one size fits all policy is not how this country is intended to be governed, but it sounds like some people need daddy to hold their hand. If people want to vote against Trump for how he handled the corona, lol. It’s so easy to armchair qb. He was in a lose lose position and anyone that can’t see this needs to change their depends and wipe the lenses on their crusty bifocals.

I’d be all for someone competent other than Trump, but if crooked Clinton and dementia bro Biden or cuckoo Bernie are the best the DNC has to offer, that’s a sad state of affairs.

I for one am not going to be bullied to vote a certain way by Antifa, BLM, or any of that other MSM bullshit. At the end of the day, I bet America will see through it all and maybe the Dems can trot out a legit, rational, moderate in 4 years.

It may start to become a Cancel War:

"... On Tuesday, a local news station in Topeka, Kansas, reported on an apparent diversity training seminar at the Topeka Goodyear plant which allegedly included a slide outlining the company’s “zero-tolerance policy.” An alleged leaked image from the training lists Black Lives Matter and LGBT pride messages as “acceptable,” whereas pro-police Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, and MAGA attire as “unacceptable.” ..."

"... The commotion prompted a response from conservatives, including Daily Wire podcast host and author Matt Walsh, calling on conservatives to boycott the company ... Hours later, President Donald Trump echoed the same, noting that the Left’s tactics should be adopted by the Right with regard to boycotting .,."

I don't believe in boycotts but do agree it can't be a one-sided fight.

"... Far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) nominated Bernie Sanders for president on Tuesday night at the Democrat National Convention ..."

"... Ocasio-Cortez began by stating, “Good evening, bienvenidos, and thank you to everyone here today endeavoring toward a better, more just future for our country and our world, in fidelity and gratitude to a mass people’s movement working to establish 21st-century social, economic and human rights, including guaranteed health care, higher education, living wages and labor rights for all people in the United States.” ... “A movement striving to recognize and repair the wounds of racial injustice, colonization, misogyny and homophobia,” she continued. “And to propose and build reimagined systems of immigration and foreign policy that turn away from the violence and xenophobia of our past. A movement that realizes the unsustainable brutality of an economy that rewards explosive inequalities of wealth for the few, at the expense of long-term stability for the many. And who organized a historic, grass roots campaign to reclaim our democracy.” ..."

Just heard on TV, the DNC TV-viewership is down 48% from 2016 for the first 2-nights - tonight (3rd night), I assume the #s will be better since they have "The Golden Boy" Barack and "I'm Every Woman" Hillary, speaking.
