Concepts has adapted the mask policy for people standing and dancers on stage. Everything else is pre Chine virus. Good grind LD's for $15 ($10 on Tuesdays) attractive girls, sexy dancing.
The VIP room is an open small room off of the LD room. If they are playing three minute songs a calculation can be made to see if the VIP is worthwhile. Concepts is the only club still standing for 100 miles near Cincinnati so they are playing 'close to the vest' on mileage. One complaint from some health, church or law official will shut them down. If you want to see some decent looking topless (with latex nipples) girls and get a reasonable grind this is it.
