Houston Club Onyx Opens Under Federal Court Order

Club Onyx of Houston reopened Thursday and was immediately shut down by Houston Police. The Club which has an on premises full service restaurant argued to a Federal Judge that it was in fact a restaurant with a live show and and should be allowed to open like other restaurants and the Judge agreed and issued a Restraining Order against the City according to the New York Post and other news sources.
