Club Onyx of Houston reopened Thursday and was immediately shut down by Houston Police. The Club which has an on premises full service restaurant argued to a Federal Judge that it was in fact a restaurant with a live show and and should be allowed to open like other restaurants and the Judge agreed and issued a Restraining Order against the City according to the New York Post and other news sources. The club must comply with the same rules including social distancing, maximum 25% occupancy and NO LAP DANCES...
