Democrats will get close to their convention and realize that Biden is suffering from dementia. They can't let a socialist get their nomination and thus nominate Bloomberg. The Sanders followers protest and vow not to support Bloomberg. The middle see Bloomberg as just a Democratic Trump and don't support him either.
Trump wins in November by a landslide. Gets 100% of all electoral votes. Senate goes 60-40 Republican . House goes just slightly Republican.
Yesterday I got a form in the mail from my county to apply for an absentee ballot for the primary. And there is a provision for the general election in November.
CoVid is in the rear view mirror. Country gives Trump credit and rallies around his policies to bring business back to America, isolate China, tighten borders, build infrastructure. Biden is nominated and his dementia becomes obvious. Trump wins in a landslide with long coat tails for like-minded candidates.
I just don’t see how Biden gets into the headlines in the near future. It won’t be until July/August before the media shifts it’s focus from the pandemic.

Quite a few I know do NOT know the truth. Rather they know what the lamestream "media" reports. Just saw today a piece about what President Trump and our government were saying back in mid to late January and the "media" saying nothing to worry about, all if fine. @Mark, that won't happen. These trials enroll thousands of patients, most vaccines need to be administered multiple times, and the patients followed up for yet more time. It'll be at least 2021, and that's with the FDA dropping everything to review it.
We'll soon see if Trump's bumbling the COVID response outweighs the Democrats becoming the socialist riot party.
I got my timeline from an interview with the CEO of one of the pharmas that is testing a vaccine. Might have been Pfizer. He specifically said he expected results in September/October.

It said they'll "seek regulatory review" in October. That takes almost a year in most cases. They could drop everything else and get it down to a few months, but not in time for the election.
