The workd was somdofferent pre 911. I onow personally I never thought I would see real estate prices go down, then 2008 happened. I personally think the covid-19 epidemic will be one of those things that is a turning point in history.... what are your thoughts? [view link]

    Real-estate values went down in the 90's also -- they do periodically. As I mentioned in another post, I think that the migration from the suburbs to the urbs may decline or reverse. Urban environments will be seen as less safe.

    People forget what bubbles are. Notice there are no tulip bulbs planted anywhere near Wall Street?

    @ loper. The area I live in was not affected badly enough for house prices to fall. They leveled out and did not go up for a while though.
