The workd was somdofferent pre 911. I onow personally I never thought I would see real estate prices go down, then 2008 happened. I personally think the covid-19 epidemic will be one of those things that is a turning point in history.... what are your thoughts?

Real-estate values went down in the 90's also -- they do periodically. As I mentioned in another post, I think that the migration from the suburbs to the urbs may decline or reverse. Urban environments will be seen as less safe.

@ loper. The area I live in was not affected badly enough for house prices to fall. They leveled out and did not go up for a while though.
