Hawley also said that any corporate bail outs should require the companies to bring their jobs back to the US from China. Seems reasonable to me.
This would be simple to do. china holds a lot of paper that the United States owes. We just say, F YOU and move on.
I’d like to see a prohibition on stock buybacks for any company taking bailout money.

If I dare ask, how many are comfortable with barebacking, and under what conditions.
For myself, I can say that my attitudes about it have loosened. But I am not really sure if this is warranted.
