It looks like a VIP card for TB only but you can use it for rooms at Hotel Rizos.

Unless you visit TB frequently, I would suggest purchashing the HK VIP Card instead.

Greenbeans, people say their is even more tongue in BT and LC, than in HK.

So the HK card is still accepted at Rizo, but the TB card in NOT accepted at Cascadas/HK?

Got a small timeframe in early feb... gotta go find out ;)

Exactly, HK card good at both Hotels, I used it when I stayed at Rizos (and Cascadas).

TB card only good at TB and Rizos.

Now that I think about it, since you like TB you should buy their VIP card (unless your HK card is still valid), you can stay at Rizos for $20 less (the price difference of the cards).

The only thing when you go to HK you will not get the free drink.

cristobal is correct. and tb vip card probably won’t give you free hk entry either.

But most of the time there is no entry fee for HK, only Thursday thru Saturday night.

Most mongers on this forum usually visit only on Monday and Tuesday to get the 80% hotel discount, so the entry fee should not be an issue...LOL

because tropical now has a vip card they honored the free drink for me with a hk vip card. but it is limited to just a cervesa. no shots or cocktails. (maybe bottled water might be allowed.) personally i think tb will eventually not allow a free drink for hk vip card.

@ cristobal - lol. I will try not to lose another BG. I think cuz all the blood is rushing to the lower half, i get disoriented once i get up to the barhroom and rush back to table. Lol

@ Jascoi I think the hk vip is worth it a bit more cuz i was extremely disappointed at hotel Rizo’s construction shenanigans. I hope they are done for my feb trip. Ive had 6 & 7 floor rooms at cascadas, with ear plugs = no noise

improvement equals construction equals noise. I have put up with a lot of noise. but I keep coming back.

I have just looked again at the websites for both Rizo De Oro and Cascadas. Rooms at Rizo are cheaper than Cascadas. Its not much for single or double rooms, only a couple of bucks. But for the master suites its a good savings. Havent seen that mentioned here before.
