What caused the PHX crackdown again

IMO, it started when HL put in the VIP booths. It was like putting up a sign saying “ Brothel is now open”. It was like passing a cop car at 100 mph. The police had to act.

Did she indicate if they were putting up curtains, beads, something in the doorways leading into the booths. If not the something, then HL will become an out of BSC with much lower talent.

Sad to see the Centerfolds purchase sctew up a Phoenix landmark. Guess it is time to start planning monthly trips to TJ.

She didn't say how it would would. She said several dancers have already left and she will be looking for a new place to work as well.

I suspect BSC dancers make good money. I think that’s the only club with HL level income. But, they have a specific look they require.

It’ll be interesting to see where the veteran HL dancers end up.

if anybody knows what club the blow job queen is working at these days please let me know. she depended upon the hi liter vip to earn her living so of course I’m worried about her.

JS - she hasn't worked there in a long time and I would suspect she has gone into escorting.

Inline with what my CF told me. They already are making the necessary changes with the clear portion on the upper part of the walls and the cameras now installed outside of VIP.

BS definitely has a higher standard for looks, but there are so many dancers there that are still having a hard time making a living. If they get the top girls from HL the competition will be brutal. I enjoy the day/mid shift dancers just because its easier to have a conversation. The nights are pretty intense from what I remember at BS. I haven't been to HL at night in many years.

I suspect that many of the HL veterans will move into a different line of work, whether legit or adult entertainment, rather than take a pay cut at other Phoenix clubs.

Or, we might find then moving to other cities. Most of them were from somewhere else originally.

I got a text from my fave a couple of weeks ago bc she's been "thinking about me." I haven't been to see her since June.

My funds are tight at this point, so a visit hasn't/wasn't in the cards but if these changes are enacted, I won't be going there even just to see her.

HL will survive for a while on reputation and continue to operate bc the casual strip club goer who is just happy to see a naked woman will keep it afloat. But it will never make the money it used to.

Somebody should make a simple customer management app for strippers to send “ I’m thinking of you “ texts.

The impact of facing VIP outwards would be dramatic for many others besides the dancers.

Shit, the bouncers, managers, dj , waitresses etc... are all getting a slice of the VIP cash cow.

Hell, this move may cause a small recession in Phoenix on it's own. A ton of cash goes thru those nasty couches. Big time.

I did a quick tour of HL, BSC, and S44 today. Sad, sad, sad. I think we’re in a stripcession.

^^ Mondays are generally recessionary in Strip Club terms. Probably the slowest of all week days.

I was at BSC last Friday and it was still pretty good. I’m only in AZ 3 times a year and I did notice some of my long term favorites were MIA but was only there for one night.

Place has always been an up front gropefest LDK factory with consistent 7-10s. I just wish I lived here because it’s harder to make OTC connections at BSC when I’m only there 3x a year.
