I can't see that the woman wasn't "consenting" in both the more common general sense, and in the sense that she could not possibly have been deceived in that manner for that period of time. Nine months? The things that our PC society will think up to bash males!
I don't even know why this case wasn't thrown out. It's a waste of taxpayer money paying for this court case. If a girl can't figure out a Q-tip works just as well as some guy's member to apply some ointment down there, she doesn't deserve any court time.
Oh, I forgot to mention, the woman was a school teacher and she continued to get treatment for 9 months until she told her doctor.
