It looks like the already weak Chicago area strip club scene could be getting even weaker. According to this some dancers I know who work in the Harvey clubs and this article, beginning November 1st all Harvey night clubs/strip clubs/bars that serve alcohol will be forced to close at midnight. This will impact boogie nights (formerly arnies idle hour), sky 11 (formerly skybox), and club o. The factory and red diamonds have both been closed since around July, so the pickings in the area are going to be slim.

Geez...midnight is when the clubs gets going! Shame we can't attack the things that really need our attention. Appreciate the insight on the closed clubs...haven't even tried to go out to the south suburb spots in a long minute but Red Diamond I had at least occasional fun there.

The one time I went to Arnie's the club didn't get poppin until 1. It was just getting a few more patrons at midnight.
