Ethanol in standard pump gas?

Yes, ethanol used to raise octane rating. This does not mean high heat energy, it means it can work with higher compression engines.

Lol. Damn. My wife invited her other boyfriend. He is a little uncomfortable. Lol. I bought him a damn beer. Hell, she might let me get a VIP. IF she only knew. Lol
Can't really have variable compression. But can have variable turbo boost. Don't you think it something that these new super cars get their highest horse power on ethanol, a renewable, and that they get this by using high turbo boost instead of straight high compression.
And then also, daily drive cars going back to high compression, via ethanol, not using anything like lead tetra-ethyl.
