I have to admit, that one of my biggest secret turn-ons in my own head, is contemplating the possibility finding a girl doing internet porn whom I "know" from elsewhere.

I know of one dancer who seemed to like me more than I originally thought and she did tell me she wanted to be a porn star. At first I was wondering if she was joking and then I started wondering who she intended to be on camera with. Then I started thinking, I hope she was joking. I don't know that I'm impressed with the idea of "being on TV" as has been suggested above. I think I'm pretty comfortable with celebrities and TV personalities -- my life in a family of journalists has pretty much inured me to the idea of people who are "glam" being anything more than just normal people with great make-up and lighting. So it's not about the excitement of getting onto a medium that otherwise would be a "special" occasion.

I don't see the attraction of porn starts. I assume all strippers are or have been pretty active sexually and that most of them have engaged in recreational sex often in exchange for drugs. So what's the difference?
I'm not really seeing where drugs come into the picture. Porn actresses get paid in negotiable us currency for their work. Sure some of them are using drugs just as some dancers are but drug use among young women is hardly relegated to the sex industry.
I have very little interest in either porn or porn stars. Most of what I've seen is degrding to women and treats sex as an instrument of humiliation, manipulation and domination. It's obviously directed a people who hate women. I find most of it to be pretty disgusting.
