I like how the article says that Prosecutors are the drivers of mass incarceration. Um.....I thought it was more about how many people get caught breaking the law.
Simple rule....if you don't want to go to jail, don't get caught breaking the law. Seems pretty fucking simple and obvious. It's worked for me for my almost 50 years on this earth.
