Whatever you do .... do not ask Nudge..... Dollhouse, Sinsations, and Wackos are the three best choices and they are all close together

Sinsation's has been my favorite recently, been on a streak of good visits.

I've seen reports of an uptick in police action in Jax, mostly focused on trafficking but some focused on the strip clubs.

It might be helpful for a local to give an update on the impact on Dollhouse, Sinsations, and Wackos.

^ There has been a ton of police action in J'ville. They've raided Wackos, Centerfold and SOS that I know of. In the last two, they changed tactics and started hauling girls off to jail for the night for even the most minor things that used to earn tickets, like violations of strip club ordinances. Right now the alcohol clubs are clamping down a little more on things like exposing breasts and risque LDs. Eric might have the right idea about sticking with the nude clubs until the heat dies down - they haven't really been targeted, probably because they are quieter and there is a lot less that they can be charged with.

The police raids have definitely affected how the dancers act, tho so far it hasn't impacted Sins, at least as of my most recent visits (or Wackos, but I spend less time there).

Basically, a lot of girls at different clubs have outright asked me if I'm an undercover cop. One girl half-jokingly said it's because I wear khaki pants (I told her I'm not quite ready to wear sweats to a SC and cross that line, she laughed). It can end up in a strange semi-negotiation over a girl taking off her top because they're clearly a little weary if they don't already know me, but usually it's fine after awhile.

My one visit to Doll House, I felt like the girls were vetting me to see if I was a cop for like my first hour there, but afterwards they were very nice about it. It was a strange experience.

One girl told me there's a new woman heading up Vice and she's determined to crack down on SCs. From what I've heard, they're just gonna send a few girls to jail overnight to make an example. The crime listed for some is "simulating sex," which can cover almost anything that goes down in a club.

It really sucks cause in that News4Jax article, they include the real names & faces of the girls that got arrested, which is a fucked up way of intimidating any dancer who wants to work in Jax, and it wasn't for doing anything of any substance (sex, drugs, etc.)

Some of the powers to be in many cities are using the sex trafficking hysteria for career advancement - so they go after all sex work "in the name of fighting human trafficking" in order to advance their career and justify their budgets/overtime/salaries - no one is pro human trafficking but their investigations usually just yield collateral damage (e.g. non-trafficked strippers being fined and jailed; etc) - the new crackdown on sex work in the name of human trafficking is kinda the new war on drugs

Papi, here in NE Florida they don't even bother with that pretense. The culture here is such that it is perfectly acceptable to pursue prostitution in its own right and the ones who are carted off to jail are usually the girls. In the past two months, they've arrested at least 15 strippers and who knows how many escorts. It's just getting ridiculous now.
