While visiting Christie's Cabaret in Memphis recently, I learned from their dancers, that the owner had been given permission to re-open the club.
Currently, the club still remains closed, but apparently going under renovations due to the damage sustained by the very aggressive police searches for drugs and possibly other stuff.
This is ALL word of mouth information, but may be of some interest to local Memphis club patrons and visitors.
I could care less. While this was my favoritce club 6 years ago, I wouldn't trade it it for my favorite sister club now. Over priced and over rated.
