How do you find out if a particular dancer is

How do you find out if a particular dancer is working at Hong Kong at the time? For my local clubs, I usually just give them a call and the person on the line will tell me if she's on the roll call or not. Is that possible with Hong Kong? I'm sure they keep a list of all the girls on shift somewhere.
