I received this message when I try to asses the website using the Wi-Fi of a well known market, because my cell phone signal was almost not existing, and I was seating at one of the tables inside eating food from their salad bar.

What is up with the message Uncle Money Bags, aka Founder? Why is the connection “not private”? Please make sure all our information is secure, private and protected.

    That is their way of telling you that they don't want you looking at adult sites using their network. I get the same thing when I try to go to TUSCL in an airport.

    Warrior15 is on target. I get that message when on some public networks. Note that there is no option to accept the risk and continue. It is their way of censoring you without admitting that they are censoring you.
