President Trump has done a quite remarkable job at making tangible efforts to fullfil his promises, especially in comparison to other recent Presidents.
The Democrats hate his positions on issues, but I consistently here his detractors complain that he isn't keeping his promises.
If that were the case, don't you think they'd be happy about it instead of crying?

This is huge. Far worse than Watergate. It’s Banana Republic treason at the very highest levels of government. The proof is already irrefutable.
Oh sure, hard core lefties will be in a state of denial but the 80% of voters who represent the Right and Independents will be outraged. Trump in a 2020 landslide. Democrats lose the House after only 2 years. Immigration reformed. The wall is built. Infrastructure Bill remakes America. Federal Courts get stacked with Originalists.
I saw a yyyuuuuuggeee “Keep America Great” Trump 2020 banner on a bunch of construction trucks hauling rock to a site on the freeway today. Looks like he’s got more support from those outside the media, and it has nothing to do about race.

Then, along comes Trump. He says everyone controls their own destiny. Everyone can be a success. He quickly establishes an economy where everyone can find work. Gain pride. Control their lives. Be beholden to no one. Walk tall.
In 2020, we’ll discover which view of life the majority prefer.
And yes if Trump gets re elected it will be on the backs of racists and misogynists because while some moderates like him, Deplorables love him.
I do have legitimate concern the Democrats have a mediocre pool of candidates overall. There's no clear Silver Bullet to kill the beast. Beto may have the branding and the optics if a white man can slip through the nomination process. Trump will struggle if the Democrats elect a young virile white man. But if it's Kamala Harris? She's going to face more of a headwind than Hillary did.
Isn’t that the woman whose political career began when she was mistress to Willie Brown, a married man who was 40 years older than her ? Wasn’t she appointed to well-paying political jobs based solely on her, umm, relationship with Willie ?
Wasn’t she raised in Canada, returning to the US as an adult ?

Didn’t she savage Brett Kavanaugh in the infamous, and deceitful, Supreme Court hearings ?
Now, before the end of her first term as a Senator, she has declared that she wants to be President.
But, of course, the only reason that anyone could oppose her elevation to President is racism. Anyone who opposes her is a racist and probably a Nazi.

The average American doesn't believe that you should be able to kill a child after it was born because the mother didn't want it and the doctor screwed up. They also don't think it should take 9 months to realize that you didn't want the baby. They aren't going to force you to have it if it was rape or incest or it's a danger to the mother....but they also don't buy that a woman doesn't know she's pregnant for 8 months.....it's about taking responsibility. You have unprotected sex, you know that pregnancy is a possibility and you need to get that checked out.....not wait until you've missed 5 periods and have a belly as big as your man's.
The average American doesn't believe that every person who owns a gun is going to go on a rampage and start killing babies. All of this effort to take guns away from everyone when it clearly says in the constitution that we have the right to have them is going to push people away from the left. The average american is patriotic and isn't going to stand for having rights stripped away so blatantly.
The average american is quiet and keeps their opinions to themselves. I think the left has misread the situation by listening to the media and big talkers. You listen to much to those who like to make a shit-ton of noise but don't realize that is really the minority. Most people just want to live their lives in the country they grew up believing was the best in the world. Most don't buy the bullshit but don't want the hassle of arguing with people who close their ears to logic and spout nonsense from their mouths freely. The squeaky wheel may get the grease....but eventually, the part will be replaced as being a constant problem.

Just met with our financial advisor last week. After years of stagnant "growth?" under obama, it was grown by, almost unbelievably, over 66%. My numbers don't lie, so President Trump has been very good to us.
That is something very personal, but what you say above is very astute.
The conservative republicans have been trying to prevent it, and I believe Trump will be re elected but after that, who knows.

No idea. I just let him do his thing and check the numbers. I took a lump sum retirement and let him do whatever. I've not touched it since he took over. I guess he could be robbing me blind. :)
