President Trump has done a quite remarkable job at making tangible efforts to fullfil his promises, especially in comparison to other recent Presidents.
The Democrats hate his positions on issues, but I consistently here his detractors complain that he isn't keeping his promises. If that were the case, don't you think they'd be happy about it instead of crying?
