Flashdancers on OBT is a bit on the divier end of the spectrum in Orlando, but I recommend you go to Cocoa Beach and give Inner Room a shot, especially night shift.
Or head to the west to Tampa. Lots of strip clubs.
Orlando is a strip club dessert because of overly restrictive policies. However, Orlando does have an active massage parlor scene.

You could try Daytona. The clubs there are bikini on stage, but topless, full contact and sometimes fully nude in the vip rooms. The mileage you give will vary. ;-)
