All you can eat

When I was young, I loved buffets. I could eat like a horse and wouldn't gain an ounce. That is not the case now so I avoid those places. I actually get indigestion now if I eat too much. So I have had to learn portion control.

Yeah, I do that at Brazilian steakhouses.
