  Try it, just find one who is a mess, and bring her some order and stability, fulfill whatever needs/roles she's lacking in her life... do it with a bit of authority and confidence...

  The point is to basically be someone strong in her life. Be what she lacks in herself. But you never let her walk all over you and you don't subsidize her self destructive lifestyle...You present her with a plan and you help her manage her money.
  
  The other easy way is to get her to have feelings for you. Then she'll do just about anything for you.
