I have tried to add this FKK club to the list so that I can post a review of same but on two attempts the add has failed to create anything. Once a couple weeks ago and once 2 days ago. I expect that this step has to be moderated somehow but I completed all fields and expected that it would be a simple task.
Any insight on why that doesn't generate a new listing?

AFAIK it is not automated. founder has to create the club entry based on submitted info.
Yeah, unfortunately it can take a couple of weeks - I usually message Founder 2 weeks after to put it on his radar.
It'd be more-efficient if it was auto-created with a skeleton page where one could add a review then Founder could subsequently put the finishing touches on the page.
I assume with all the changes Founder has been doing that this has gotten put on the backburner
